Historical February Promotions

My wife, my 2 year old son and myself I planning to take a trip to WDW in February 2018, over the weekend of the Princess Half Marathon.

I'm just wondering what kind of promotions does Disney usually run in the time frame (Feb 21 until Feb 27 2018).

I'm in the same boat-planning Jan or Feb 2018. From my research it looks like we have to wait until September 25th-ish. At that time they offer (for Jan-Mar travel) room only discounts of around 20-25% deluxe, scaling down to 15% for moderates and 10% for value, with some Resorts excluded limited room type availablility for ones included. There's also been a Stay, Play, Dine previously offered, again around Sept, that is maximum $500 discount in the form of regular dining credit for deluxe, QS for mods, and snacks (I think) for value. It seems to me that if you plan to stay a week it will be cheaper to do the room only deal over the SPD. Google "historical Disney discounts" and a few advice sites will list them by dates previously released.

BTW, I think the $500 SPD amount quoted has been for a party of four.

My fiance and I are going in October but want to go back for our 5 year anniversary in February. I would love to know the best time to try and book our stay then. For budgeting reasons, it stresses me out to not be able to see cost windows now. lol
