Historical February Discounts?

Just wondering if Disney typically releases good discount codes for February? I started a new job and am unsure whether I'll be able to take vacation during our originally planned December dates. If not, I think early Feb after the marathons and before President's weekend may be good. Right now we're booked at CSR with a 35% off PIN code. My mom told me to call Disney and play dumb, seeing if we could move the dates to Feb and keep the discount, but I know that won't happen unless a new discount is released or we get a new PIN code.

What are the typical discounts for early Feb? We're really interested in room only, but could be swayed to free dining.
