Historical Dates of MNSSHP??

In 2016 I see the first MNSSHP started first week of September. Is this a common start time?? Seems to be able to secure the 30% off BB looks to be most cost effective since im looking for us to stay in a CL TPV room and can't have kid miss much school so thinking the earlier the better!

2012 : September 11, 14, 18, 21, 25, 28, 30
2013 : September 10, 13, 17, 20, 24, 27, 29
2014 : September 1, 9, 12, 14, 16, 19, 21, 23, 26, 28
2015 : September 15, 18, 20, 22, 25, 27
2016 : September 02, 08, 11, 13, 16, 18, 20, 23, 25, 29, 30
