Just looked again at the end of the day and that evening we will be in Epcot. We are headed there after the parade in AK!

We had been thinking that we were NOT going to MVMCP...and then I really got to thinking. This really is a once in a lifetime...or at least once in a LONG time trip for us. We had thought that it was a lot of money...which in some ways it is. But even when we do come back it most likely will not be this time of year. So now we are thinking about going again. There are 2 days that work for our schedule. I think it is Sunday and the Thursday (night before we leave). I don't think we are going to pre-purchase the tickets. This gives us the chance to see what the weather is like once we get there. The other issue we have is our son has some serious health issues. We have no idea from day to day what things will be like. This gives us the chance to be a little more flexible. So at this point, I am saving to go to MVMCP but not bought the tickets. I am wondering though. Some nights you don't get the advance sale discount. Do you know if those are super busy nights???

Wow!!! Well if you can swing the party I say go for it!!! I think either day the Sunday or Thursday will be good to go! We are actually attending the party on that Thurs the 9th.

OK, so I just read thru all 27 pages of your PTR. Proud of me? I even took notes......

Ladies, I had gallstones when I was 24 too. They found them when I had an attack and they did an ultrasound because I was five months pregnant with Alex, my oldest. I had to grin and bear it another four months because they couldn't operate until he was born.

Yes, we are SUPER excited that we got to upgrade! Couldn't pass up the opportunity to stay Deluxe this trip, especially since it is one od Devon's christmas gifts!

Thanks for the kind words about Devon. His communion was a special day for him and he did look so stinking cute in white if I do say so myself!

Oh MK will be a blast on the 6th! There is so many of us there that day!

Yes he was the ring bearer in my cousin's wedding in May! So handsome he looked and yes the boy caught the garder! And it was an EAGLES one!!! My whole family aredie hards! Can't wait for the season to start!

Ugh!!! Yes the boy made it less then 2 weeks into his summer vacation before getting hurt! Good news is he is all healed and back to being a dare devil! His newest stunk it fliping off the dive!!! Just great!!! I am sure I will be back in the hospital before the summer is over!

Thank you so much! It was a tough few months with finishing school! I am very glad it is over and I am enjoying the down time I now have.

I totally understand the whole working the trip around school! I had to do that for the last 2 years with being in grad school too!!! So glad to be done! I actually want to teach college too part time! But I only have my MBA, not sure I am ready to go back for my doctorate just yet. I need a break for a bit!

Hi Reese, Just thought I would stop by to tell ya that I went to eagles training camp today. Its only 10 minutes from my house. There looking pretty good although who knows what this year will bring. We got great sits and my dh yelled out a bunch of stuff to the players....along with a bunch of other guys. Its cool cause most of them will smile, laugh, or wave back at ya. He told jeremy maclin that he better have a big season because he was drafting him on his fantasy league. He thought that was funny. Every time Hank Baskett made a catch this one guy would yell way to go kendra and everyone would crack up. It was a blast. Cant wait for the season to start. Hope your having fun getting ready for your mini trip.

Your plans sound great. I have actually debated about staying one or 2 nights at AKL. Free dining starts the 10th which is my DD's b-day, but I want to come in a few days early. Such hard decisions.
I was a single mom for many years, so i know some of the trying times you go through. But it sounds like Devonm is a great kid.
Can't wait to read more.

Being a single mom is definitely a trying task at times, and I commend on the women out there doing it on their own! Devon is an awesome kid and I will bend over backwards to make that little boy happy... The worse is when he goes with his dad, I am just so lonely... I don't know what to do with myself!

Woo Hoo!!! Only 10 days to go till I'm in my happy place!!! It felt so good to wake up this morning and be able to Check-in online!!!

Now all I need is for this next week and a few days to hurry up and fly by!!! It stinks, Devon is with his dad this week and I feel like those weeks always drag b/c I miss him so much!

On another note, Devon starts football this week so at least I will get to send my evenings watching him practice!

I feel like I have so much to do before we leave next week! One of the major chores to accomplish this week is laundry!! OMG!!! I don't know where it all comes from! Other then that all I have to do is clean the entire house, add music to Devon's iPod and my iPhone, take the suitcases we are using out and figure out what clothes we are bringing with us and iron them before I pack them! Doesn't sound like much, but really need to get it all done before by Sunday night b/c I'm not sure if I will have time to get it all done after that. Between work being crazy busy, Devon now having football every night and having to get my hair done on Tuesday night I don't want to risk doing everything last minute!

Ok enough rambling from me for now! Hope everyone enjoys their day!

I have read it a couple of times. You have:

2. adding music to Devons iPod
3. Adding music to our iPhone
4. take out the suitcases
5. figure out clothes to bring
6. iron clothes
7. pack clothes

But I notice one thing not on that list.

Hey Tracy!!! Thanks so much!!! I'm a bit of the procrastinator myself that is why I am willing myself to get most of it done this week! I have the overwhelmed feeling I get everytime I have to get ready to go on vacation! Plus I have to go into work for a few hours the day we leave, so I really need to have everything ready to go Wednesday night! I take the train to work and for some stupid reason they have be constantly late... god forbid that is still the case next week, I don't want to have to stress about rushing home and getting eveything together before we leave for the airport!!!
