Hilton Head - VCR's or DVD's

I was wondering if HH still has the VCR's. We will be staying in a one bedroom next month and I know that most of the other DVC resorts now have DVD's but according to the DVC website, HH still has VCR's. Is this correct?

Hi Annette,
We were in HH over the 4th of July. All we had access to were VCR's. There were no DVD's available at the Mercantile, so I presume that there are only VCR's available in the units. That may change, so call the resort before you leave.

We were in a GV 8/1 and it was a VCR.

We were in a 1BR in Building 12 from 8/22 to 8/27 and all that was in our room was a VCR.

I have a travel DVD player for the road trip. You can plug it into the living room TV but the bedroom tvs are bolted to the cabinet and would be harder to hook up. I take my own movies because the selection at HHI is not all that great.
