Hilton Head in February

My husband and I were thinking about spending a couple of nights at the DVC Hilton Head resort in February. I am wondering if there is anything to do there around that time of the year. Will we have limited places to go out to eat? Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Most restaurants are open year round. I've been to the island several times in February and it doesn't appear much is really closed. You won't have a problem finding places to eat.

When we were there in February a few years ago, there were a few restaurants that closed in January and early February, but the few that did opened by Valentine's Day. Also, the one dolphin tour we did was in February and we saw dolphins then.
