Hi, We own a condo on Hilton Head Island. I am looking for someone interested in escaping the cold winters of the north for a milder, less snowy South Carolina. I would be willing to trade a MONTH in the winter(this is our off season) for 75 DVC points. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone retired looking to escape for a while. Our unit is completly remodeled and just steps to the ocean. (Litterally 200 from the front door till you hit the sand). Hi Maria, It is 1 Br./1Ba. We also have a 2 Br. but the winter is rented. That would be available summer weeks for 100 points, or Spring/Fall weeks for 70 points. Linens and departure cleaning is included.
