We (my adult son and I) were there on Wens. the 8th (I think that was the date, last Wens). We arrived around 4:30 since when they called they said we were leaving at exactly 5 to move on. They started serving around 4:45, the Bay Lake Sunset Cocktail and spring Pea Puree and Truffle Bisque. I got a picture of the drink but my picture of the soup didn't come out. I drank about half my drink and my son finished it for me (that would be the trend for the night) and we both enjoyed the soup.

At about 5 we all walked to the monorail and got on the last two cars and headed for Poly. My picture of the drink didn't come out but here is the appetizer.
On the left is Sesame Crusted Seared Tuna on Cucmber with Creme Fraiches, Micro Cilantro with Balsamic Pearl Garnish on the right is Roasted Beet Salad (gold beets, herb goat cheese, pistachio dust, simple vinaigrette, frisee lettuce, pickles watermelon radish) I didn't get a picture of the Citrus Chile Dusted Pork Belly because my son got that almost as soon as it came out, I don't eat pork belly I'm from the south we season our beans with it. The drink was Hippopotomaitai, basically a maitai. When we got there we got a spiel on the lawn before heading to Trader's Sam from the manager about the Poly, which we found odd.
Moved from there to GF where we had assigned tables. Briased short ribs with Pan Seared Scallops and a wine selection.
The vegetable was pured turnips. I had white wine, my son red. It was pretty good, the beef was tender and even though I'm not a fan of scallops, even I enjoyed one of them.
We moved downstairs to the tea room for the cheese board and Fairy Tale Sparling Wine.
It was good but we got no explanation of what was on the board. My son decided the little round thing in the middle was corn bread, it was a short cake of some sort. We enjoyed all the cheese but we are huge cheese fans.
There was no group picture, we moved back to the CR. Frankly we were unimpressed with this part and I got a regular cup of coffee, my son got the spiked coffee, neither one of us got dessert. It was Organic Chocolate Flourless Cake and Blood Orange Cake. We watched the fireworks but you couldn't really hear the music and we were ready to leave before they ended because it just wasn't that impressive as it is when you are in the park. As we left we got a little box of truffles. We opened them later while we were sitting at the bar at BW (drank coffee my son had a drink), I took a bite out of each and wasn't impressed but I'm not a huge sweet fan. My son gave his box to a lady sitting at the bar with her husband.
So our over all impression was it was nice, something we don't regret doing but we won't do it again. It was worth the cost for us and they made it clear at the very beginning you only got what they served, if you wanted another drink or or more food, you had to pay for it. Since I didn't drink but half of my drinks and didn't even eat all the food they had, we were good with what was served. It was well organised and flowed smoothly.
