High School Musical Bookbag needed

My DD 8 wants a High School Musical or Hannah Montana bookbag for back to school. I found a black/hot pink HSM bookbag last week on disneyshopping.com for $24.99 and would ship in 3 weeks.She wanted to check out the ones at the Disney Store so we waited. Now it's not even listed on the site. I found one on Ebay that was lite pink, but with shipping will be $40+. SHe has to have the backpack kind, not the messenger bag one becasue of all the books she needs, otherwise I'd have picked up the one I saw At the Limited too or on Ebay already. Has anyone seen any at Target, Walmart, Macy's their local Disney store? We're looking again on Wednesday, but I'd like to go where there's been a "confirmed" sighting instead of checking every store in town...Again!! Thanks!

I just did a google search for it and Target came up. It is 14.99. They have back packs and messenger bags. The last time I was in they did nothave the school stuff out yet but it is online. I did not look to see if there was more than one style (pictures) but I came back here as fast as I could to tell you.

BTW Walmart has binders with HSM!!


I also did a search at Walmart .com and they have theirs for 9.96!!!!!! And it has all the kids on there it looks like!!!

Thank you so much mum4jenn!! You know, I have Earthlink, and I searched and MSN search and nothing. I guess I'm soo stressed out I overlooked the obvious...I should've Googled 1st!! I thank you so much. The one at Wal Mart is perfect....I'm still waiting for the Target site to pull it up.

I added the Wal Mart one to my Wishlist and I'll check out Target too. DH's check goes in on Tuesday afternoon, so I'll keep my fingers crossed that they don't all disappear by then.

I got my niece on at Walmrt. It was 10.00 and had Troy on the front...it said I Love Troy. This was a backpack

Also Claire has a ton of HSM stuff and even a bookbag that was messenger style.

You are very welcome!!! Mt own dd wanted a HSM backback but they are supposed to have either clear or mesh so she was not able to get one. Most of the kids don't get the clear or mesh anyway but since I work at my dd's school I try to follow the rules!! Once I saw the price and how cute the one is with all the kids on it I am tempted to order it anyway. I don't know if they have that one in the store or not. The price at 9.96 is great!!

The shoes and the purse are real cute on the Payless site also. I might go to a store to see if they have those.

i was just at target tonight and can confirm that they had a few hsm bags to choose from not sure about hannah montana..and dont know the price either as i just happened to see them as i walked through the store...and of course didnt know about this thread

They also had HSM shoes for $5.50 and t-shirts for $3.00.

Ya'll are so great. I showed DD the selections this morning and picked the I Love Troy bookbag from Target, which DH promptly nixed. She's only 8m and she doesn't love any boy yet. He's gonna have major problems when she's a teenager.

She also liked the sand colored Troy rocks at tarhet and the Black HSM at Wal-Mart. We may have to check out Toys r Us too since you get a free lunchbox.

I like to get all my school shopping done ASAP an avoid the crowds, so I guess I've just been a little impatient

And she's too "old" to take a Tinkerbelle or princess packback to school this year, or so she says. It's OK at home but not at school. I have to admit I shed a tear or 2 But she says, WDW is still cool

I saw HSM and also Hannah Montanna in a Limited Too catalog I just got in the mail. It doesn't have Hannah's picture on it, just some rhinestones or something and it's pink. I threw the catalog away because dd spilled her drink on it, so I don't know the price, sorry.

I just got my oldest a HSM black backpack and free with purchase matching black lunch bag for $14.99 at Toys R Us. They also had pink and purple backpacks today but only the black lunch bag.

I can't believe how young these girls are that like HSM. DD is 11 and she says it's for little kids. What happened to Dora? This is about high school kids. I think I was a teen before idolizing became vogue...Donny Osmond!
