Has anyone stayed at one of the homes in the High Grove complex?

The prices are outstanding ($120/night for a pool home, 5 BR/3BA) and the places look great, with nothing but positive VRBO reviews.

However, Google maps shows two nearby water treatment plants and an adult entertainment building nearby.

Hi, we stayed for 5 nights with kids and grandkids in October...loved it. No sweat with the water treatment plant as it a long way away and would affect 20 communities. We never knew it was there. Adult entertainment is a small little place that is way outside the gate and not an issue.
I would recommend it in an instant...Ted
