Can anyone tell me if at WDW restaurants there is any type of high chair for an infant who is not sitting yet? We head down in a few weeks with our 3 month old son who cannot sit in a normal high chair yet. I didn't purchase a plane ticket for him and wasn't planning on taking his infant car seat down with us. Around the park, he should be ok in our stroller and the sling, but for meals, I want to be able to put him down. Some restaurants around here have a specific high chair for infants with the reclining seat built in. Any idea if there are any like that at WDW?

I am not sure since I did not take my kids as babies but if you can't find an answer about high chairs you might consider using the sling. It would be better than nothing I would think plus baby stays happy :) I hope you find the answer you seek though!

Some places if there is space availible have allowed folks to push the stroller up to the table. Even with an infant you are to include them in your total table count for your ressie. So where that chair would go they sometimes allow the stroller. I would try for the real answer to your question on the families section, many folks there have taken infants. I will prewarn you to leave out the bit about the airline ticket in your question. For some reason that is a hot topic over there sometimes and someone will chime in how unsafe it is and you should not take the trip if you cannot afford a ticket for your baby. :confused3 I promise 99% of the folks there are very friendly and helpful. There just seem to be a few hot topics on each section of the dis, like pool hopping and refillable mugs. ;)I have just seen a few unfriendly comments on the the flying infants thing. Have a wonderful trip.

Thanks for the help. I wasn't sure where to post the question here or in families!!! Will try over there as well. I am a long time lurker, so I have seen the ugly stuff and won't take it personal. It is strange though not knowing the answer to a Disney question as I am the family planner and we have been over 15 times, but not with one this young - youngest was 6 months - so sitting already. Thanks again! We'll see if anyone else has any advice.

I think from the high chairs we saw at Disney that they all the type that require the baby to be sitting. We had DD 9mths and saw where they were all stacked a couple of times and they only had them plus the boosters.

I think you will be ok with the stroller or sling though.

Our youngest DD went to WDW on her first trip at 11 weeks old. We were offered the Infant Style High Chairs at the following:

Chef Mickey's
Garden Grill

We were allowed to bring our strollers into (so I'm not sure if they had infant high chairs):

Marrakesh
Le Cellier
Hoop Dee Doo
Ohana

We weren't offered an infant high chair at (so I had DD in a Pouch Sling):

San Angel

Just wondering if you can call the restaurant directly? I don't know the answer but hopefully someone does. They should be able to tell you for sure what your options are. I think the pp's suggestion of a pouch sling is an excellent idea, easy to stick in the diaper bag just in case.
