Hidden gem Resort restaurant-not signature?

Alrighty, I wanted to know peoples "hidden gem" resort restaurants that is not one of the biggie signatures that get attention..(ya know..Cali. grill, Flying Fish etc)?

We are making our list for our next trip, and wondered about resort restaurants that we have never considered.

Hands down, the Grand Floridian Cafe. That was the best meal our entire trip.

I have not been there, but I have heard that the Turf Club Bar and Grill at Saratoga Springs is excellent. We will be trying it out in April!

We love Tangierine Cafe (counter service) in "Morocco". The Shawarma platters are soooo yummy.
We also enjoyed the new restaurant WAVE in the Contemporary Resort, right off the main lobby level. We had a very nice lunch there.

Not sure that I want to share, because I like it being hidden but Turf Club at SSR is wonderful. Great food & service Really liked Olivia's at OKW as well

I don't consider any of these hidden gems but they are very good table service restaurants based on our experiences.

My vote is for Maya Grill @ Coronado.

I had steak, fish and ribs in one platter. our bill was over $150.00, so I'm sure that counts for something! lol
