Nothing much happening in this neck of the woods except that I'm not planning on buying anything today...except, for the oil delivery that came in this morning...

Well, my plan is to keep in shape after all that Disney walking..at least it's my desire..stay away from those potato chips and ice cream they cost money..

i used the same codes for my parents rental in a few weeks at fort lauderdale (their first trip since my mom had a stroke in february) ~ i really wanted to ensure there would be no added stress for them.

We had no problems at all. Just make sure they take their confirmation paperwork with them. It has a scan bar on the top. They didn't even ask for the coupon. They just wanted the driver's license. Hope your mother is doing o.k.

Well...I haven't been posting much lately, I'm supposed to be doing our taxes how's that for procrastination? We know we can count on you.

I was almost going to open that thread but I decided against it cause there' other things I should be doing Give it some time. I'd prefer to think I'm a threadkiller and be proud. ..I need to focus..focus....

So here's more procrastination at work...

I decided to take some pics of a few Disney items I got at the Orlando Premium Outlet & Prime Outlet.

Here is my Mickey Stapler (my fave) and a pen I got in Epcot (Japan) He was 50)% off...at $6.

The Pooh & Ratatouille (he came inside a cup) DH got for me at the Publix down the road from Orlando Premium. They have a large selection near the entrance at very good prices. Pooh was $6.

We had Chip from a previous trip. Dh had to get Dale for me at $9.

I know.....I need help!

Budget post of the day: Went to Famous Footwear yesterday. They are having a buy one, get the second 1/2 off sale. Well, they didn't have DD's size in the shoes I wanted so the clerk told me that they will actually ship the right size shoes to the house at no extra charge! I got two pair of Buster Brown shoes for DD for less than $32!

Hope everyone has a good week. I'm trying all I can not to spend $. After a one week vacation, taxes & fuel bills, I think I've done my part in stimulating this economy.

We are preparing for a cruise in June, so we have been trying to 'spread out' the spending by buying a little here and there instead of all at once. It is easier to buy for DD now since she won't change much in the next two months. However, I am on WW and will try to wait until the first week of June before buying for me. So I guess DD gets April, DH gets May and I get June. Whatever. As long as we are dressed appropriately and still have money in the bank, we are good I guess.

I was looking at a pair of Croc slip on sandals yesterday. They aren't as ugly as regular crocs but can't decide if they are comfy enough for $30!

It's hunker down don't spend any money time. I usually pay my cc every month and I'll say it's pretty hefty..after vacation week...in addition to monthly bills & tax time.
