I definitely feel like a thread killer as well!

I thought maybe it was because I sometimes found older posts that I was interested in and replied to, or that I sometimes responded and also added additional questions. But then the paranoid part of me thought "maybe people just don't like me!"

I finally came to the conclusion that even though I type the response and hit submit, someone in the tech dept makes my posts invisible... Does anyone out there see me?? Yep I am over here...

HeyI just thought I was breaking some sort of Dis rules, or that I just wasn't interesting enough. I've realized its hit or miss and just keep trying.

Wow ... I so didn't know there were others here that felt EXACTLY like I do. It's a bit of a blow to think ... "wow, am I REALLY that uninteresting & unwitty?"

However, someone else suggested ... just maybe our posts are invisible?

Invisible seems so much cooler than boring!

Maybe it is a Twilight Zone, other dimension kind of problem? Only TK's can see the posts, Tinker'n'Fun? It is so depressing to add (what I think) is a truly insightful, creative post, just to see the thread languish until it falls off the universe, KWIM?

It seems like I can add something to a very vibrant thread and that's that. It just stops. I'm never offensive, and I don't think I'm all that boring

Anyone else out there a thread killer? Maybe we can go through the 12 steps together.

I am hesitating to post this because I don't want to be known as the killer of the thread killer thread but I can totally relate to how you are feeling. I find these great threads and decide to jump in and suddenly that thread is done. I'm glad to find out I'm not alone.

I've decided I'm not a thread killer. I'm simply the ultimate final word on everything!!

Then you need to end your posts by telling people not to respond...you need the final word. We have a group who try and help the answerless threads even if we don't know the answer.
