Hi! I'm new

I'm new to W.I.S.H. I started trying to lose weight about a month ago. I am doing a low carb thing. All the meat and veggies( most veggies), a lot of water, no fruit, no bread, and no pasta( my favorite food). I am trying to start walking(hate to walk, dont really have time to)

So far I have lost 14 pounds in 1 month. I am joining some of the challenges. I think that may help me (and I love the clippies).

We have a trip to Disney in March of 2006, and I want to lose 75 pounds by then. So, I need all the encouragement I can get. Any ideas or advice are greatly appreciated.

Welcome and best of luck! I do South Beach which does allow fruit and whole grains, but I know what it is like to give up your pasta!!
