Hi i'm from P.A.!!!!

Tara,

I just peeked at your granite pics on the Budget Board. I love your kitchen. I'm a big thrift store shopper too. That's how I afford to go to Disney 2 (or more)times a year.
Economy Pretzels. Now there's a memory. The bakery was about 10 minutes from where I grew up and we used to have to take about 6 tins worth every year when we drove to Milwaukee.

Too funny! Now I have to run down & check out the Economy Pretzel tin.....someone asked for master bath pics on that same thread on Budget Board so I just posted those a minute ago too in case you want to peek into my private life!!! Ah Economy is from Allentown! So is Miller's, the other tin up there. They were my mom's tins, we used to get pretzels & chips (Bickels maybe?) in tins from the Allentown Farmers Market every week.

Ever hit our Thrfit Store in Hellertown? AWESOME. It has a funky smell but the stuff in there is amazing most times. DISMeet at Thrift?? LOL!!!!!

Wow, you certainly have some definite Mickey fever. Awesome. I love your car too. Did you do the detail yourself or have someone do it for you. Did you ever see the man down at Disney that has all of the Disney tatoos? We did on our last trip. He certainly hasn't left anyone out. Thanks for sharing your pics.:thumbsup2
I did the windows myself, I came up with the idea for the side graphics , bought the vinyl and a friend who has a sign business cut the vinyl, and helped me put it on, he also did the hood for me...

the Black Pearl's hood was also done by my friend, he actually freehanded the design on his computer, then cut the vinyl and applied it at 11 o'clock at night, because I was taking the car to the All Chrysler NAtionals in Carlisle the following day, it was enough to get me ""THe Members Choice Award"Trophy, from my car club that weekend..:thumbsup2

I keep this parked out front

Cool!
Now I really gotta drive by when I'm up that way! Too funny - I was just posting house & kitchen pics over on the Budget Board on a granite thread & DH walked by & was like WTH ARE YOU DOING?? Don't you know the internet is full of crazies & now they know what our house looks like???? I just chuckled because they'll find Mickey88 in that car waaaaaaayyyy before they find my house!

I love when people are passionate about things they love. Way to go!
:lmao: :lmao:
That sounds like my DH! He freaked when I posted pics of DD's Cinderella room one time. It's not like I posted the address, just pictures of her walls and curtains that I made:confused3
Just an FYI, but the Tattoo Guy lives in Bethlehem, PA.

http://www.disneytattooguy.com/home.htm

Someone on another list I am sometimes on arranged a "tour" for a group of us. It was very interesting, to say the least. I do have pics somewhere...

We saw him at Musikfest in Allentown one year...I'm not into tons of tattoos like that, but it was pertty cool.

There was a big write up on the Tatoo Guy in the Morning Call last year - apparentely his house is over-the-top decked out too....I think he's right off of Black River Rd in Bethlehem/Center Valley - I'm less than 5 min. from there but have never driven by - Pam is this the guy you're takling about?

And yes Pam, I'm a coffee addict. You saw me at work that day - yap yap hyper hyper! I'm home today & bored (and hyped up on coffee), so I'm running around the house taking paint pictures for that other thread on Budget Board. Just took a pic of my Campbell's Tomato Soup room. If you ever drive over this way & see a house that looks like there's a fire inside the one room, that is me, that's the Campbell's Tomato Soup room. It's terra cotta when it's dim, but shine the sun in there & it's in flames...I could just paint fireworks on the walls & make it my Illuminations room....I could give the Tatto Guy a run for his money in decorating....

have you seen the inside of his house,,, or the outside for that matter.... check out his website...

Yep, Black River Road is him. He used to do magic at Starters for extra money for his "habit". Here are pics of his house

I have some somewhere, I just can't remember where. Not only does he have characters tattooed, but he has "ink" of different cast members from the Adventurers Club, The Voices of Liberty, etc.

I too am a coffee drinker, Tara. But only first thing in the morning. The timer on my pot goes off at 4:30 am, so my first cup is ready till I get downstairs. Gotta do something to keep me awake for work.

Hi Everyone,

I've been absent for awhile too. I seem to spend a whole lot of time driving east and west on I 78. While moving to Schuylkill Haven is a good thing, I need to plan kids activities a bit better. This week is a 5 night week on 78.

You can stop rolling your eyes NOW Pam!

I just got back from my Disney Cruise that I won. WOW! I can't wait for September now when my whole family is going. I am so impressed at how everyone was so kind and helpful and really loved their jobs. The cast members who did the shows were out of this world. I have to admire them, to know 3 different shows and be right on with all of them is really a talent.

Next week, I'm off to Disneyland for 3 days. I've never been there, so I'm really excited! I can't wait to see Walts vision.

Tara, Anyone up for a coffee meet tonight or tomorrow night. We can meet at the Promenade shops Barnes and Noble for a warming cup of coffee...

There you are Tracy! I am stuck at home tonight & tomorrow night - DH was in an accident & his car is in the shop for 2 weeks, so we're sharing my truck. He & the boys are at wrestling tonight & tomorrow so I'm here - and you're more than welcome to come for coffee. Gee Pam & I were just discussing that earlier today, she saw a pic of my master bath on another thread & saw that I have a coffee pot in there. I LOVE coffee. So I will gladly make some tonight (NOT in the bathroom coffee pot) if you & Pam want to stop over. I'm about 5 miles east of The Promenade, between Coopersburg/Center Valley/Hellertown.

Ok 3rd post in a row, I'm hijacking the thread, sorry (still hyped up on coffee!) - anyway - Tracy - wow you're lucky just getting back from the cruise & heading to DL so soon! I was in DL in '01 or '02. It's a much smaller, more condensed version of WDW. You'll be glad you went so you can say you've been to the "original." I didn't feel the magic there, BUT I was just there for one day, with DH (who isn't a Dis freak like me) and my cousin who was living in CA at the time. I'm sure if I had more time to spend there I would have fallen in love with the place! The flowers & landscaping are outstanding at DL, I took more pics of that than the attractions.

Oh my goodness!! Did you ever try decaf??? :lmao: I drink alot of coffee in a day's time, but it doesn't make me jittery. I even have a cup at night while watching tv. That's to help me stay awake!! And I STILL fall asleep!

The first smiley was from the smilies list here. I like this one too...:hyper2: Too funny!!

Wow the Tattoo guys house is unbelieveable. Lots of detail and everthing thought out. Princess Always how would some of this go around the Yankee room? Tara, don't you realize that a lot of caffeine can stunt your growth? I certainly can't afford that, and then with the osteoporosis that can set in, I am definitely going to start shrinking. Hopefully not like the witch in wizard of oz, melting..:surfweb:

ROFL tiigerfanforme! Stunt my growth? Did you ever see me?? I'm barely 4'11" with shoes on!! At 36 I think that's my full-grown adult potential! No school today, kids are home & WOUND. And fighting. DH's car is still in the shop so he took my truck to work in Philly - so I'm actually STUCK here today. I'm thinking Jack Nicholson in The Shining.....ok off for some COFFEE!! I drink it strong & black too....like liquid gold in my body!!

My kids AND my DH is home. That is the hazard of him being a construction inspector. The 17 year old just rolled out of bed. I have been up since 4:20 am dutifully working at my desk like a good claims processor. I already am on my thirdcup of coffee (in my Wilderness Lodge mug).

THe kids actuallly had school today, but DH just got home....They went to WingBowl....said it was an "experience":lmao:
