Hey Mickey88 Mickey you have outside your house, what is he made of. Take a picture and post it on the boards. I would like to get some type of disney lawn ornaments but they can't be real big as we live in a semi and are limited in yard space. I have a son that is in the Air Force and one that works at Disney so I try to divide my alliances. On my car I have air force things and my disney things.

I live right beside the park on main street...this is on the west side of my house

another shot, if you look carefully to the far right you will see mickey and minnie in my garden, there are also 2 smaller...wooden cutouts on the front porch banister

Hey guys - nice to know I have been missed. Sorry I haven't been on the boards for ages. The holidays were so hectic once we got back from WDW and it's been really busy at work, too. I have been missing TaraPA and PrincessAlways, too as well as everyone else on the boards. It seems I have just been in a TV rut (not that there is anything good on TV )!!!! I just spoke to some friends who want to pick my brain for their upcoming trip and that, plus your note got me back in the mood to come back. I have sooooo much to catch up on. Still haven't figured out how to post pix on here.

Antss, you had some great pix. Hope you are feeling better by now??!!

I though I wrote back - I must be getting senile, I can't even remember how to do this (apparently ).
I forgot how much I enjoyed talking with everyone and that it isn't just about being in WDW, but bonding with a group of people just as crazy about it as me.

Concord Mall in Wilmington, DE? I went to college right next to there, Brandywine College (I think it's DE Law School now), and worked at the Concord Mall! Ok it was the late 80's though....

Cool! There's a house about 15 min. from us that has a big black Mickey ear cutout on the chimney. They keep it up year round. We have a small mickey gardener sstatue in our garded near round, but everything else is just up at Christmas.

Now I really gotta drive by when I'm up that way! Too funny - I was just posting house & kitchen pics over on the Budget Board on a granite thread & DH walked by & was like WTH ARE YOU DOING?? Don't you know the internet is full of crazies & now they know what our house looks like???? I just chuckled because they'll find Mickey88 in that car waaaaaaayyyy before they find my house!

I love when people are passionate about things they love. Way to go!

Hi momsal ! My brother lives in Orangeville and my parents still live in Berwick, where I grew up. I used to help out at Camp Lavigne in the summers when my brothers were little (OK, I really did it just to meet cute guys, but I DID help out too ).

Hey Tara do you have an older home that your heating bills are so high. We have a newly built home and it is insulated welll. You state you are a warm person, so you probably don't set the thermostat high. We keep it at 67 or 68 especially at night for sleeping. I sure am glad we don't have your gas bills. I think we get a little break in the cold soon and spring is not that far away. Hey you in Fleetwood. Do you go to snuzzles to eat ever? Gotta love it.

I'm not who you were talking to, but I was at Snuzzles last week, I live in Fleetwood also. Good food!! It gets very crowded on the weekends, but well worth the wait!

Wow, you certainly have some definite Mickey fever. Awesome. I love your car too. Did you do the detail yourself or have someone do it for you. Did you ever see the man down at Disney that has all of the Disney tatoos? We did on our last trip. He certainly hasn't left anyone out. Thanks for sharing your pics.

I just peeked at your granite pics on the Budget Board. I love your kitchen. I'm a big thrift store shopper too. That's how I afford to go to Disney 2 (or more)times a year.
Economy Pretzels. Now there's a memory. The bakery was about 10 minutes from where I grew up and we used to have to take about 6 tins worth every year when we drove to Milwaukee.
