I'm on my 4th day with no sudden fevers and even though I'm in a lot of pain, I'm awake and (somewhat
) thinking clearly.. so that's a good thing!
I'm glad you're back - medical problems suck.
Nothing much has been going on for me. 5/11 was my 16th birthday and I got a tattoo (a gold ribbon for childhood cancer in honor of me and a late friend/classmate). Today I got clear scans so I'm still cancer-free, and I got into my school's nursing program. Nothing much more, except I'm suffering from senioritis as a sophomore. LOL!
CONGRATS on the clear scans!! I've been thinking about you and hoping you were doing well. Your strength in the face of such a rough road at such a young age is inspirational to me and I'm sure to everyone that has the benefit of knowing you!

Ehh, the biggest thing missed (besides birthdays and such) was that my friend died 5/1/09.
(RIP to Kim, as seen in my sig. I don't know if you heard about it, but she was hit by a bus on her way to school the morning of Friday, May 1, right outside our school...)
Oh my goodness.. I did hear about the accident.. I think my husband told me about it. I am so sorry
I know you must be hurting so much. I'm sure this sounds impossible, but please take comfort in knowing that as time passes, the happy memories you have of your friend will prevail over the sadness you are feeling because of this horrible tragedy

well nothing too much has changed for me, me and my boyfriend broke up but thats about the exent of interesting things in my life

I know it's hard when a relationship ends, but take it from me, things always work out for the best. I was so torn up after my fiance and I broke up abruptly but just 4 weeks later, I met my husband Matthew and I knew he was the one.
And now that I look back at the relationship with my ex, I realize how much better off I am now

Not much with me. Except Disney in 8 days and that I HATE school.
Ahh the polls. I'm going to try to start doing them again but maybe more on a random level instead of daily, so if I have a rough day and can't make it online I won't feel so bad about missing one.
And I am SOOOO jealous that you are going to Disney! Have fun and ride the Rock 'n Roller Coaster for me!

Not much new with me. I just finished my 2nd year in college and its going great! I have a lifeguarding job for the summer that pays pretty well so thats my big summer plan!
Congrats on finishing another year of college! What is your major? (I apologize if I've asked this before - one of the unfortunate side effects of what I'm going through is short term memory problems) Also, congrats on the lifeguarding job. That has got to be the ultimate in summer jobs! I spent my summer breaks working full time in a store under fluorescent lights.
