My boys will LOVE you!! :rotfl: I have been know to let them eat popcorn and chocolate for dinner in the past! :rolleyes1

Joe mad an excutive decision,we're ordering pizza...TG I don't have to cook! :cool1:

Now there's a cool hubby! Wish I could do that, but DH would go through the roof. He likes a good meal on the table that doesn't come from a fast food or pizza place. I'm actually trying out a new recipe tonight: Chicken with Paprika cream. It sounds good, so we'll see. I can pretty much guarantee that my kids won't like it, though. Oh well, they know where the bread and peanut butter are kept. Actually, they're pretty good about trying new things. But they don't usually like it. Deep sigh!

Usborne is one of those you have to order specially isn't it?

Sounds like some baking fun is in store for your family!!

I'm heading back to visit my mom and I can check for another book for you if you want. We'll be visiting from August 14-16, so if you want one (they're 6.95), let me know and I'd be glad to pick one up for you!

uuuummmmm....I did shower today. :thumbsup2

Do my posts stink that much that a thread can get closed for a while? WOW. I feel a bit responsible because it seems (from re-readiing posts) that this has come from information about me (SIL T passing) beeing passed via phone then to the thread and back and again.
I do not in anyway want to make more of this, but I do wish to say sorry for anything I had to do with this.

AND I do not wish anyone to reply to this post, I just feel so bad and want to say I am so very sorry.

No back to the....... I DID shower funny part.

Paula - SPLAT! :rotfl:

(ETA: I should explain: My cat sleeps on his back with all four paws spread in different directions...Like he's looking at the world a different way. It's hilarous to see a cat do this!)

OOOOOOH!!!! I am going to have to think about that. We are definitely going to WDW next year...the girls don't know I am planning for us to be there in a hotel. I wanted to surprise them at Christmas with something.

You are awesome!!

Your wish is my command! I  to do this kind of stuff. I will be at WDW for the all-too-short period of 8/25-8/28!

I'll also be asking for some other creative ideas from this group - I am going to be sending a small gift to each of my 3 (with another 1 on the way!)nieces/1 nephew every month, beginning this December, to get them excited for our huge family trip in December of 2007. I picked up some things while we were at WDW in March (in anticipation of our not being there until 2007 :rotfl2: ), but I'm looking for further suggestions. I'm going to get all my stuff together that I've already purchased to see what else I need/want to do very soon, and I'll post the list to get comments/suggestions.

This will be so fun! :Pinkbounc

Lindsay, are you feeling better today?

For the most part, yes. I have a bit of a summer cold, but mainly I think it's just sheer exhaustion! But, sleeping some and lounging around in my pj's yesterday did help. Thanks for asking! :goodvibes

:woohoo: Baloo - Here's to a speedy and cheap fix for the car and an answer you're hoping for with help at home!

Lindsay - I have an address I'm gonna PM you unless you already have the Montgomerys. They are my standing family for postcards from Disney! (I think this month they are gonna be getting ALOT!)

PM away! I'd be happy to spread the magic!

I've had clients take their luggage tags that get sent in their package and use them as Christmas ornaments to suprise their kids. In the spot that you're supposed to put the address, they put "Jimmy, you're going to Disney World" and they put them on the tree on Christmas Eve. Christmas day, as their last present, the kids have to "search the tree" for their last present. :teeth:

cute idea!

I can see it now.....Kristine, you're going to Disney World!! Love, Bill. Won't he be surprised??!!
