Hi and welcome!!!
First and foremost, do you know where you're staying? On site or off?.
OK, that aside, can I offer a few suggestions?
- Make at least one or two ADRs (Advanced Dining Reservations.) Eating at the Disney restaurants is a very special experience, whether you choose a Character meal or something a bit different. From the Coral Reef to Biergarten to dinner with Cinderella, the Prince, the Stepsisters and Stepmother, there's a huge variety of experiences to be had.
- Take a look at both the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party and the Illuminations Dessert Party. Both offer a very special view of the fireworks at their respective parks. I've never done the Illuminations one-- it just started a week or two ago. But for my family, the Tomorrowland Terrace one (in the Magic Kingdom) is a trip highlight. It's the Christmas gift I got my inlaws; my
travel agent got me ADRs for all 11 of us for this summer's trip.
The Epcot party, though a bit more expensive, includes sparkling wines if that sounds interesting for your group.
