HH in June

Whats the chance of HH the second week in June at 7 month window. Looking down the road to 2008

I have no personal experience with this, but what I've read on the boards here are that if you want a 2BR and call exactly at the 7 month mark - you have a chance. If you want a 1BR or studio - you will likely have to be placed on the waitlist. It seems as though late June, July and early August is much harder to get - so the 2nd week of June maybe still early enough. Like I've said - I've never tried it, but have thought about the same time frame before and that is what the general consensus has been.

We did a day by day for 1st week of June of this year at the 7 month window for a 1 bedroom. We were ready to go with a 2 bdrm if we had to, but it wasn't necessary. A lot of school districts let out the 1st and 2nd weeks of June so I don't know if the 2nd week of June is that much more difficult or not. Good Luck

We own at BCV and booked the 1st wk of June, 2004 at the 7-month window for a 2BR. It was great! Good luck with it all.
