HH Discovery Tour - Sales pitch

We were thinking about taking advantage of the free night offer at HH on the website in exchange for the 90 minute Discovery Tour sales pitch. This will be a good way to find out about DVC and enjoy HH. As I hate sales talks, could someone tell me what it consists of, is it high pressure or low key, and will I be bothered the whole trip if I want to buy? I want to enjoy my vacation and not be hassled. TIA Diane

I highly recommend taking advantage of the reduced rate in exchange for the sales presentation. I was much like you and somewhat dreaded what I was going to face. I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that it is the ultimate soft sell.

What to expect: First you and your family will be brought in to a small theater where the DVC video will run. Once that is done, if you have children, they will be brought to a separate play area that is staffed for their enjoyment. My two boys really enjoyed that. Then you will be brought into a room where you will literally stand as all the DVC properties are described to you as well as the other elements of DVC. Once that is done, you will be brought into another room where the full program will be explained to you, including Magical Beginnings. They give you all the promotional materials and answer all your questions. They thank you and send you on your way. That is it! Absolutely no pressure will be exerted.

I do suggest that you schedule the tour as early as possible. That way, if you are inclined to take the plunge, you will have more time to discuss it with your family and with your guide. Good luck
