Points for rent: 450 points from Riviera, BWV and SSR @ $19/point

We have 450 Riviera, BWV and SSR points @ $19/point starting 8/1/25. We have been a member of the boards and renting pointing here for a number of years.

Points are available for all resorts. Reservations can be made at Riviera, BWV and SSR 11 months prior to your stay. For all other DVC resorts, reservations can be made 7 months prior to your stay.

Terms: Points will be $19/point for all resorts. Reservations 50 points or less will be $21/point for all resorts. A 25% deposit is required once the reservation has been made in your name. Balance would be due 90 days prior to your arrival date. Payment by PayPal or check is acceptable.

Any reservation that is cancelled prior to a trip will forfeit deposit of 25%.

Good morning!
I checked your dates for the Poly and GF. There are some dates for both resorts for studios and 1-bedrooms.

GF is available:
8/1-8/9 Theme park view studio
8/1-8/5 Resort view studio
8/2-8/5 Resort view 1-bedroom

Poly is available:
8/9-8/11 studio resort (not tower)

I checked on your dates. Unfortunately the Boardwalk, Poly and Floridian are not available for the entire stay. The closest dates would be 8/8-8/12 at GF. The only resort available for your dates is Saratoga Springs.

Hi!
Unfortunately there isn’t much availability at any studios at many of the resorts. The most nights for a studio would be at GF for 10/20-10/23. There are also a few 1-bedrooms available for the entire stay of 10/18-10/23 but they aren’t at the resorts you enquired about.
