HGVC-Room sizes?

Hi all,

Hilton Grand Vacation Club- Seaworld

I am considering this location as part of my holiday and have a couple of questions.

Hotel kingdom lists the room sizes of a one and two bedroom villa as 1300 sq ft.

Can anyone confirm if the one and two bedroom villas are the same size with different layouts, or the villas are indeed different sizes.

Any comments as to this location for a family of four 2 adults + 2 dd (8+7).

Our family (DH, myself, DS 9 and DD 6) stayed at the HGVC a few months ago. We had a 2 bedroom villa, which I *think* was what is known as a "lockout", which means it was a one bedroom villa connected to a studio suite by a lockable door(s). I do not know if all of the 2 bedroom villas there are exactly like the one we had. I just checked out the room descriptions on the Hotel Kingdom website to better understand your question. In my opinion (and admittedly I don't know for sure), the studio would be about 400 sq. ft., and the one bedroom would be about 900 sq. ft., and added together they would be about 1300 sq. ft. We loved our stay there and especially all that space as we're normally crammed into a small hotel room...it'll be hard to go back to a regular hotel room after that! Not sure how much help this is, but hopefully someone who knows more will post and give you more info.

We had a two bedroom which was NOT a lockout. Two large sized bedrooms, one very large jacuzzi in the big bedroom, large dining room, kitchen and living room. Nice screened in patio off of the master bedroom & living area. Two bathrooms to boot. Very nice.

Recommend - asking for building near the big pool. We were the farthest away from the big pool and it was a pain lugging all of our stuff. Our room also overlooked a main street (building was the very last building on the end) and I would have liked a better view from the patio - but no complaints here! Had store, activities, food, deli, movies - great place.

Staying there again in April in fact.
