Hi fellow walkers. Who is walking the Flying Pig marathon and who is walking the Tower of Terror 13K? Do you want to walk, or at least start in a group? The runners will be leaving us, so y'all want to get togehter.

Good morning Dave, I will be walking the Minnie, Tot, and Mickey, but you are WAY too fast for me. I'll be glad to start out with the WISH walkers though!

The ToT will not be about speed or time for us, it's seeing how much fun you can have and making a lasting memory. Be warned I've been on this planet a long time so I will be boring everyone with stories and jokes.

My DH, Steve, will be walking and he'll keep you entertained/bored with jokes as well. He just started training for the half next year.

Dave, I told him that he needs to see how you race walk and try to do that. He's new to all of this but he already walks faster than I can. He walks at about a 14.5 minute pace now but will probably get a little faster by then. Any tips you can give him at the race will be greatly appreciated.

I do have some stories of high adventure. Some I wonder now if they were real or just imagined.

We will go forth as WISH warriors, fearing not the night or the creatures that dwell just beyond our sense of reason.

No problem. When the creaure from the swamp comes after us we will throw Honneibee to it. She thinks we forgot about her tricking us on the registration.
