Yes, I did... we watched the game.. .
PJ was in the northern Indiana but not at the game.. I told her they had played their best game because they were worried she'd come over and give them a what for!!

She is proudly sporting her ND shirt on campus today..

I'm looking forward to seeing the USC game.. hate that Barkley is out because I would love to see the two QBs go head to head..but regardles this will be one heck of a game!!! (*keeping in mind it takes the whole team to play the game*)

I had a sorority sister at the game. she posted a photo from where they were seated... and in the background was "Touchdown Jesus"... the most amazing work of art as you know..

Been many years since I attended a home game. We always headed for Philly against Navy, or, more recently Foxboro, MA for Boston College. Really had an awesome game in Boston 2 weeks ago.

Looks like a great new coach, and a unified team are in the process of pulling it off. Wish I had gotten to see them play in Ireland back in Sept!

We usually schedule our weekends around football games..


Kelly has impressed me a lot.. but I still love my Lou Holtz!!!
It's going to be a great weekend.. DS16 pretends he doesn't like ND, but he does. he can give you stats like he inputs them for the team... and just likes to drive PJ nuts... I look forward to hearing the two of them go at it this weekend.. (of course, USC is one of DS16's teams he follows too)...

I would have loved to see the game in Ireland...

Loved Lou and Ara!!

My dad called himself a "bench-warmer with slivers," and had a leather helmet back then. He saw the movie "Rudy" the summer he passed, 1994, and cried throughout it.

The Notre Dame Victory March was composed by 2 brothers from a neighboring town. When my dad's funeral Mass was ended, they broke out in the Victory March, and everyone sang through their tears.

Although, PJ thought why might need to road trip to give the boys a "what for" speech!! She is so funny!! She has decided she wants to be a member of the "RED HATS".. I think I will try to make her one for Christmas...

What a fantastic game!!
Toward the end I heard them announce that the game for the National title would be played on Jan 7th - just happens to be my dad's birthday. "Ole Notre Dame will win over all....."

Going to sleep with a big smile tonight!!

Yes, it is Jan. 7th... What a great date, huh?
Jordan pulled out her calendar... and jumped for joy because she doesn't have to return to campus until the 11th for sorority events... She was over joyed!!!
