Hey Mom, Do I get to be the line leader again? A PTR…(My TR has started! - 6/1)

sounds like a great weekend! Megan and Happy Birthday to Bryan (missed that earlier) we have not tried Zea's yet it opened after we moved to the northshore...but, they just opened one in Covington recently maybe we should check it out...you mentiond it a few times might be a new place for us.
sounds like a great price on the room in Lake City; Danny is talking about leaving on Friday and driving half way; so do you think Lake City is about half? I was thinking Chipley but I believe that is only 4 hrs away :confused3. I need to start checking on rooms...
have a great day tomorrow!! :wave2:

Fun weekend plans! Avery was on green all week too! She got italion ice which gave her a tummy ache :sad2: Have a great weekend and :bday: to Bryan!

Thanks Connie! Lake City is 2 hours from WDW (~160 miles). We're stopping there so we can get a decent night's rest before getting to Kidani in the AM to check-in. This way we can wake up earlier the next morning to finish our drive. We have plans to be checking in between 9 & 9:30 Saturday morning. If you are looking for halfway (for you, remember I have longer to drive), I would do Chipley.

Congrats to Avery for the green week. Sam had some rough times with it at the beginning of the year. He would get in trouble during times he didn't have some sort of structured situation like a lesson (i.e., nap time, walking in line to the cafeteria, etc.). It has taken him a while to get to this point. He has had a turn around since he went back to school after Christmas. I hope Avery's tummy gets better. I'll be sure to wish him a happy bday for you.

Looking forward to tonight!!! After our fast, Bulvi and I will be good and hungry for Zea's!!! When are we leaving?

Well, he was on green again every day this week, so we are likely having McDOnald's for supper tonight.

Avery was on green all week too!

:thumbsup2 It must have been a good week for all our little kiddos----Reid didn't pull any sticks all week. AND believe me, that's a major achievement for that little boy!

Hey Megan, we'll be leaving the same day to head to Disney. You must be leaving earlier than us if you're planning on making it to Lake City. We probably won't leave North AL until 3-4 in the afternoon. By the time we get to Tallahassee, we're all stir-crazy! We have to get out of the car!

Way to go Reid! So what exactly do you mean by pulling sticks? Does he actually do things with sticks at school that gets him in trouble or is it a figure of speech?

We are leaving earlier. Our originally plan was to leave when I get out of school around 2:30, but I really sit and do absolutely nothing the entire day at school for records day. I'll be leaving after we get back from lunch...around 12:15. I'm leaving with less than 2 hours to the day. This way it won't count as me being out for half a day. Gotta keep as many sick/personal days as I can. We should be on the road by 12:30. This will be new for us though. We normally drive the whole way through.

So, yesterday was a lot of fun. I went shopping in New Orleans with Bryan's sisters. We did stop at the Disney store. Be shocked when I say.....I didn't buy a thing!!!! However, I am seriously considering getting the boys a new swimsuit each and a rash guard shirt when we head back there next month. They had absolutely no shirts for adults at the store! I was kind of shocked!

Later that evening, we headed back for dinner at Zea's. It was so YUMMY!!!! I love those corn grits. They were fabulous...so creamy and yummy! After the movie, we went to the movies to watch Date Night. I practically peed my pants I was laughing so hard at one point. Go see it for a date night. You won't regret it. As always, the evening was filled with great company and and great conversation. Can't wait to do it again sometime!

Today, it's Bryan's birthday. He's wanting to sleep in today, but I hear him moving around. He'll likely be out of bed before 9. His plan today is watching the Masters. However, he Randy might go ride their bikes this morning. I might try to take Sam shopping for clothes just to get the boys out of the house, so he can watch it in peace and quiet.

I was right! He's awake!

sounds like a great day! the outlet in gulfport did have a some adult shirts when I went a few weeks ago. They also had a good deal on t's on the disneyshopping.com site.

Hope Bryan has a great day! Happy Birthday!!

Sounds like a great day Megan! I'm impressed that you didn't buy anything at the Disney Store! We will have to check out Date Night. We love funny movies. Hope you all have a fun day today! :goodvibes

I'm going to have to check out the website. I don't feel like driving to Gulfport. It's about 2 hours for me.

He's doing exactly what he wanted to do...recliner...Masters.

I hope Bryan's B-day was a great one! It was another fantastic date night... and the movie was very, very good. Alisa and I had a great time!

Only 5 more Monday's until we leave!!!

We ordered our tickets for everyone yesterday, and we put in our order from Garden Grocer as well. Only thing we will have to pay for now is our dining plan, and that is ALREADY PAID FOR WITH OUR DISNEY VISA REWARDS CARD!!!!! BOOOOYAAAAA!!!!!!

Life is fantastic!!! Testing week at school this week.. = easy week for me!!!!

I'm sorry to hear about your Lily. :sad1:

Hooray for 39 days until Disney! And I'm right behind you at 45. But that's not quite a good as being in the 30's!

Sounds like you guys had a fantastic weekend. :goodvibes

The sticks are actual sticks that the kids have to pull and put in their folder---kind of like your green/yellow/red light idea. 0 sticks=not breaking any rules (green light). It's normal for him to pull at least one, usually two a day!

OK- I know all about keeping those days. ;) We're not allowed to "carry over" personal days from year to year; we can for sick. The younger kids and I will be finished with school on Thursday. The high school kids (Elizabeth) will have to return on that Friday to take their last exam from 8-9:30. I would love to leave by lunch, but I doubt Kevin will take 1/2 the day, especially with being out the entire next week. The best I can probably hope for is that he leaves by 3 or 4.
