The sticks are actual sticks that the kids have to pull and put in their folder---kind of like your green/yellow/red light idea. 0 sticks=not breaking any rules (green light). It's normal for him to pull at least one, usually two a day!

OK- I know all about keeping those days. We're not allowed to "carry over" personal days from year to year; we can for sick. The younger kids and I will be finished with school on Thursday. The high school kids (Elizabeth) will have to return on that Friday to take their last exam from 8-9:30. I would love to leave by lunch, but I doubt Kevin will take 1/2 the day, especially with being out the entire next week. The best I can probably hope for is that he leaves by 3 or 4.

Got it! For some reason, I wasn't imagining real sticks.

Totally understand the days thing. I hate using them. It is so much more work for a teacher to miss a day of school. All the prep work that goes in to that absence...then you get to grade it all and play catch up when you return. I use those personal days though. Just for the stuff that Sam has at school that I want to attend uses all my personals.

I started picking up a few extra things while at the grocery store yesterday to replenish my supplies. I need to get a little bit done each week so I don't freak Bryan out all at once. We also have crocs that we have to order. The boys have grown out of theirs, and both Bryan and I want a couple of pairs each. I have a 20% off coupon code that expires next weekend, so I have a deadline there.

Disney meal nights start next week. We're doing A Bug's Life for the first night. At least we have off of school that day. We have a three day weekend net Friday, and Sam still has school. I'll have an empty house.

Other news...Connie can't use her big red box for a celebration because they have too much going on right now, so she offered it to me! I'm planning to meet Connie halfway between the two us to go get that box this weekend, so I get to have a Big Red Box celebration. I was thikning of doing it the week before we leave on the 14th.

I was just looking for coupons for the crocs; is your for the website...I could use a bigger discount than the 15% I found. Dayne decided today he wants to order a pair, than he decided on two pair...and of course I was ordering either the Buzz or McQueen ones for Ashton. But, we are going to forgo the free delivery and pay for the 2 day so if I could save a little more I could maybe justify paying it...

Nope, no Disney ones this time. Bryan wants the Trailblazers in khaki. Sam wants the Crosstrails in red & navy. Cooper wants these electric blue ones that look like sharks. I want the Cleos and the Patricias. I order from the Crocs website.

If you register your email address, you'll get the 20% off coupon from the crocs website. ANother option is to become a fan of crocs on facebook. They sometimes have coupon codes for the facebook fans only. I know what you mean two pairs of crocs quickly became 5 pairs, and Bryan is looking at another pair right now too.

I was hoping you would say Saturday. I made myself an appointment for a haircut today, and she could only take me on Friday afternoon.

My knowledge of Luling extends no further than the bridge. Since I am assuming we are not going to meet on the top of the bridge , you'll have to be a bit more specific. I'd probably prefer there than LaPlace. I got enter info into my GPS to figure it out. LOL...
