For many, many years we rarely ever saw a movie at the theater. I had Shaina when I was 20 and we rarely left her with a sitter. We just always did things as a family. Shaina was 9 when Michael was born, and it was still not until she was 13 and he was four that we first dared to venture out without the kids. It was really strange at first. I guess Vince and I are making up for some lost time and also know that we only have a limited amount of time before Shaina will not be available as often and then she will be off to college.

I went home today at 2 o'clock b/c someone was supposed to come over and look at my house that is for sale. I had to bring Bogart over to my parents and everything and leave him for hours and they never showed up! It ruined my whole day.

Yes it is my pretty little house that won't sell. And it's cheap! And its only 3 years old and is in as just as good condition as the day we moved in. I just don't get it. It's also a lot bigger on the inside than it looks like from the outside. I think if I could just get more people to come in then it would sell. I'm frustrated.

It's 1250 sq. feet and asking price is $98,000. It has really nice cathedral ceilings, open floor plan, privacy fenced, walk in closet in the master. I don't really understand it b/c homes in my area that are the same size are generally selling for about $10,000 more.
