Oh, my, isn't today the day Jenny "plays" bridesmaid?!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
I hope she posts pictures right here on this thread for all to see!:woohoo:

Today is our anniversary...let me think...23 years...Bob is working, I'm going to a 16 birthday party with Tyler.:dance3: :dance3:

Bill - did you and Alice watch the Sands Hotel go "poof" yesterday? I've seen it so many times on the Philly news, I feel like I was there myself.:cheer2:

Joannster - I actually had a breakdown last night over this HOT/HUMID weather....talk about weird - global warming?:confused3
How romantic............:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

This weather stinks.......I really have had enough! :headache:

Well let's hope DD17 makes a decision,right, wrong ,what ever...:rolleyes1

Luce we heard the explosions, saw the clouds of smoke...accually,it woke me up from a nap  I thought it was thunder...:confused3

Whew... what's with those "Hoosier's "...?? Damm it when your beat ...stay down::rolleyes: ....great game, tough team those Indiana football
players...:rolleyes1 .That fellow Hardy will be around for some time I suspect.....!!! Hopefully ,my FF team will rise to the occasion, and beat that B-town guy...:dance3:

Have a great weekend everyone..:grouphug: even you lurker's too.
Thx, I'm so glad for ALL the support!!!!!Great news......mam********** came out good.........I guess I'll be around for another year!!:cloud9: :woohoo:

WILL be around for many MORE years, Joannster:rolleyes1 :dance3: :flower3: :grouphug:
the old saying: "only the good die young"!

It is a work day here.....gotta get Tyler to the high school by 1:00 to help build a float for Saturday's Halloween parade (Halloween is BIG around here)...the show choir will be in the parade, Lucy and Bob will once again be chaperoning. I will also be a chaperone Monday night for district chorus competition (of which my son seems to have NO interest in!).:sad1: :sad2:

AND, the joke is on me about working in Tyler's study hall on Wednesday - he tells me he goes to the library for his study hall.....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr:mad:

Today I must make Tyler a cake for a science project (really, y'all know how much I love to bake...it will be relaxing)...and I might as well make another apple pie, since it is the fall season.

I have the sniffles and a stuffy nose - guess it is my turn to get a cold....

the reason I posted was to ask Jennster about the wedding!:confused3

Thx for sharing your baking plans for the day! Yes, let's hear from jenneee!!!

Well.........it's over! Let's see, Mallory threw up all the way from Cincy to Mark's home town and had to miss the rehearsal. John stayed at the hotel with her while Mark, Marshall and I went to the rehearsal and dinner. We got "stuck" at the dinner with a couple from Jersey who were in a big argument and neither would talk. I later find out she is EXTREMELY jealous and that is why she came with him (he was a groomsman), so guess who was his partner in the wedding??? Then they make us do a wedding party dance at the reception. :scared1: So as we are dancing I asked him, "Is your wife by any chance a jealous person?" He laughs and says "Yes!" So, I tell him, "Look, Dude, stand as far away from me as you can and let's get this over with. THen, you go get her. hold her really close, dance with her, and keep me out of this"!!! :lmao:

The wedding was "nice". Mallory was much better Sat. and was able to do her "bridesmaid job" as well. I was so glad though that it was over with. So was Mark. Now he is in Las Vegas and I am here stuck working & trying to keep the house "afloat"!

Well, the college selection drama continues in the Lawall compound:rotfl: :lmao: :goodvibes oh well....!!

God bless that Kenny L...he did a beautifull job painting our house:love:  :yay:

Well, if I was dancing with Jenny, and I knew my better half was jealous,Jenny would think she was dancing with a "octapus"..:rotfl: :woohoo: :cool1: Hoo Ha......:dance3:

Did anyone see that the President has declared the Red Drum and the Striper fish's protected fish....???:rolleyes1 Does anyone care:??coffee::confused3

Looks like John (B-town) got me again....can't seem to beat that boy...:sad1

I am SO GLAD you got tickets! That is waaaaaayyyy cool!!! I saw something on the news the other day where they showed Brits a football and like they had no clue what the ball was or used for!!!

John collects pins (like the WDW pins). If they have something of that line commemorating the game, I would happily pay you for it. Something that has the fact that it was in England. Makes a great stocking stuffer!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT cheer for the Dolphins. :sad2: I have known their coach since High school and he is not a nice person! They fired him here in town!! His FIL is the local judge in town!

Cheer for Eli and the Giants!!

Stop it............no way!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jenny, call, write..........WE NEED UPDATES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:goodvibes :thumbsup2 :cool1:

Well, after the wedding I dropped Mark off at the airport in Dayton, OH (Sunday p.m.). In fact we had to leave the Bengals/Jets game early to get him there. I had conferences scheduled on Tuesday, but I only had two scheduled on Wed. because everyone kept switching times. So, I called my two families and asked them to switch times (I was very honest with them as to why). I conferenced 19 families on Tuesday (13 hour day). I booked my flight at 3 p.m. Tuesday and left town at 6 a.m. on Wed. (we have/had Fall break Thurs. at noon through Tuesday next week). Mark called me at 11 a.m. Wed to see how I was and asked, jokingly, when I was coming to Vegas. When I told in in four hours he commented, "Like, right!" Then he heard the loud speaker in the background (I was in Charlotte, NC at that point!) calling us to board and he about freaked out!!!:rotfl2: He got the biggest kick out of the fact I had to have him meet me at the taxi stand at the hotel because the bank machine was down and I went to Vegas with only $15 in my purse!:scared1: He had a good night at Blackjack Wed., so we went back to see BArry Manilow last night. The show was very different from the one we saw in February. Still a fantastic show!:woohoo:

Now, I am back home:laundy: I brought home all the laundry. I was nervous, fearing my suitcase would be overweight. But I checked in at 48 pounds!!!:rolleyes1 Mallory is running a fever and has a sore throat...hopefully not strept. We are going to Cincinnati tomorrow to celebrate Mark's birthday which is Sunday.

Life is good!

Has Jess made the big decision?? I am anxious to hear!:cutie:

did you find that funny?! (what a football is used for....like I know?!!!):rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Well, unfortunately the rain has stopped and we must now chaperone a float for our show choir in a Halloween parade...tonight. As usual, I will freeze! and the show choir kids will all get sick and be useless at musical practice:mad:  :furious: :furious: :furious:

Lynn and Keith - I'm so happy for YOU...have fun:yay:

Happy Birthday Markie:rockband: party: :bday: :cake: :drinking1
