Anyway, I am looking forward to seeing some of you tonight. I have been in a kind of funk lately, and know my Disney friends will cheer me up....

Jenny How bout a drink in the city on Friday night, I would love to meet up with you, even if it's just me and you, or the kids, hubbies, whatever. I am in, and can meet you anywhere. I'm buying, how can you refuse? Can't pass up a margarita, can ya now????

Today is D Day....report card day for Briana....we know she will doing SS for at least Chem, but hopefully that is all. I just dropped her off at 9, so I am waiting for that dreaded phone call. If it's only Chem, then I guess we will have something to celebrate tonight....boy is that sad....

Just met Briana's new Cheerleading coaches last night, it sounds like they may have a really good year...I am just sorry she is a senior and it is her last year, because these coaches may be able to bring these girls to where they should be. There is a lot of talent on the team, they just need a new spin on everything. They should all be tumbling by the fall, which will be awesome to have full squad tumbling. It really makes a difference in competition. Plus they are expecting to go to more competitions this year, perhaps even some Regionals to hopefully qualify for Nationals, not just the 2 major CYO competitions they do each year. It should be interesting, last year was kind of down, even Briana started not wanting to go practice, hopefully she can get her heart back in it again this year, because when her heart is in it, she is a GREAT cheerleader!

OK, folks, so it's that time of year again, something to help cheer me up, and I can already hear Lucy moaning. FANTASY FOOTBALL....yes, that's right, you heard me, who's in. I will be starting up our Friends of Mickey league again this year....sending you all invites probably sometime this week. Don't you think Lucy should join us this year, since she is going to have so much time on her hands...we may even teach her something about football. But I don't think John should be able to join, what do you guys think...JK...Only if I get LT this year, John

Just got the dreaded phone call, and it let out a woo hoo She only has to go to SS for Chem, she failed the class and regents, which we knew was going to happen...what worries me is that supposedly the same guy who taught her all year is teaching SS...well I will cross that bridge tomorrow at registration and find out for sure, then find out what happens if she fails during the summer. They actually only need to pass 2 science regents for regents diploma (which is required in NYS) and she already has those. So let's see what happens.

Jenny - Bob had the marsala, I had the burrito, again. A fun time had by all, as always. We will all soon be together again, can't wait!
Someone next to me at the table was counting points (and we all know what that means) - oh, well, wonder how many points were in ALL those glasses of wine!
Only difficult one in the whole group was, once again, Ken...he just can't
behave!

Well, 9:32 and it is bedtime. By the way, the cheesecake we brought home for Tyler didn't last but a minute...he LOVED it.

Off to take Marshall to scout camp. I didn't get all his border down in his room yesterday, so I plan to finish that. It's a mess. Paint was peeling too because of all the paint the previous owners must have put on it. Now it's spackling for me in addition to painting! I plan to paint before NYC, among other things!

So, JoAnn, how many points did you manage to take in last night? I admire you. I need to get on it. Since taking up beer again I have managed to gain a few in the middle especially!!!
