With the possibility that another Hopf son could be making the trip to visit Tara ... you could end up meeting 3/4 of the Hopf children "Dynasty"..

I was so shocked when "little J" said she wanted to go to London! Of course, now I am checking airfares.........it's not often that "little J" actually acts like she wants to do anything that relates to "the family"........Tara told me she almost fell off her chair last week when JJ sent her an email that was several paragraphs long.......

Lynn? Keith?........are you saying that this is your first trip to Paris DL? I would be over there once a month if it was that close to our home! You must send a full trip report!!!

I'm working on it! All this traveling the kids are doing is killing my budget, but if Tara's there (Tracy will be in Rome at the same time)......I'm going to try to go.
I would love to visit your school!!! As soon as I figure this out, i will let you know. Tara has already contacted the "football" stadium and she's waiting to hear back.

The Lawall's and Tarrant's plans sure make the Fisher's "little WDW/baseball trip" in ONE WEEK look like a trip to the local Wal-Mart!!! You guys are going to have a blast!

As for the blog. I will definitely update soon, but if we are talking about wanting new information the best I can do is Mark sitting in his Lazy Boy with a cup of coffe or a "barley pop" wearing his robe. Please folks, I am NOT going to put such repulsive, disgusting things on the internet as that!!!

Off to Cincinnati for a little evening with my DH. Marshall has a scout overnighter and Mallory is off to my friend's house. And, just for the record, the pioneer is about to fall "off the wagon" today......enough of that crap!! CHEERS!

Tracy is also going to Germany next Saturday........she's visiting Tara before we do and there's one night overlap before she has to come back.........

Today I went to my first wrestling match (Jess's BF)........gross! I felt like I had to support him but blech! I was sitting there amongst all those dads and young men and I was thinking THANK GOD WE HAD GIRLS! Sorry but what a gross sport! Despite my complaints, Jack did well, apparently he's undefeated this season and that's the sport he'll be competing in college! I'm supposed to go back tonight for the finals........

So..........that's my exciting night, Jenny's going to Cincinnati, what's everyone else doing??

It's mothering Sunday here tomorrow( I think your Mother's day is on a different day)
Ours is linked to the Christian Easter Calendar I think it's the 3rd Sunday in Lent or something like that. It's origins come from when poor families sent their daughters into service in the Squires household, on this sunday they were allowed a visit home to visit their mothers, they made a special cake called Simnal cake to take with them. Nowadays it's another excuse for card companys to make big bucks and the price of spring flowers to go sky high (never let it be said that I'm a cynic!)
Keith's mum is away on holiday with his sister so we are taking my mum out to lunch.
Today I bought a new car I collect it on the 19th March so when you come in June Joann you can see it
Jenny I've got plenty of Stones left thank you very much many of them stored in similar places to yours!!!
So as soon as Joann has dates I'll be expecting you both to book your tkts to accompany her to London.

You can't get too many Mother's Days in my opinion!!!

So what's everyone doing today?? We saw Jess and Tracy play indoor soccer today.....now we're going to chill at home (it's time to start cleaning for Germany).......I'm sure Jenny has already started her trip cleaning!!

We're just trying to chill a little today. I took Mallory to Old Navy and bought her some shorts since she had NONE to take to Florida. I washed and vacuumed my car as well. It was 67 degrees outside! It is supposed to rain the next couple of days, but I couldn't resist knocking the salt off of it! I hate a dirty car......must be something inherited from my father, the car dealer!

Happy Mothering Day to all the US and UK ladies as well!

JoAnn........wrestling is so "smelly"! I just remember when I coached how bad the wrestling rooms smelled and how nasty the uniforms are on them!

Marshall had a Boy Scout overnighter last night. He fell asleep at 5 a.m....he was the last one standing!

Tonight I start packing!
