Hey! July 30,2005 Cruise to Mexico Reunion Thread

Ok, I'll admit it, I'm psyched (like Lu)......could we really make the SB??

That's the secret..:banana: .to the Eagles success to now and to getting to the SUPER BOWL....:scared1: :scared1: :scared1:
Can you imagine this WS and SB in one season:confused3 :happytv: :cool1: :rotfl2: :worship: :hippie: :santa: :laughing: :scared1:
This is Philly Baby...we could barely have the New Years Day parade.....:rolleyes1
Hey,I'm feeling it :love: I think they might do it...!!

Somebody's excited............:dance3: :woohoo: :yay: :cloud9: popcorn:: :grouphug: :cheer2:

How's the deep freeze going..........we may not have any girls home this w/e.......Tracy's visiting Pittsburgh (after she interviews at Drexel, Lucy)............Tara is being wishywashy and little J hasn't committed..........

What's everyone else's plans (just one week until the big day.......):thumbsup2

no plans for me this weekend. Marshall will be at a retreat and John at his dad's. Mark and Mallory have some big date planned tomorrow. She was worried what I will do while they are gone:scratchin .....:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Yep, JoAnn, big day coming up!!!:clown:

No school until Tuesday!:cool1:

Boy do I need the time off..........more trouble in paradise around here......

So, we may watch the game with the Rents down the shore or they'll come up here, it depends what the ladies are doing.......Jess has requested some shopping time, so I'll be down there tomorrow, and Tara is still not committing......bad news, Lucy, Tracy interviewed with Drexel today and there are very few spots open (even though she SHOULD get in based on her grade.):scared:

Poor Tra-Tra!!!! :sad: That stinks!:sad2:

poor Tray-Tray - NOT! :sad2: :sad2: :sad2:
poor Lucy - Lucy wants Tray-Tray to stay near home so I can meet her for dinner! :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad:

This cold is absolutely ridiculous!:cold: :cold:
It hurts! ::yes:: ::yes::

I even went to visit mother during the day, on the last three days. People, I want you to know, Lucy DID work the last three days (wasn't easy going out this morning at 6:45) - each day was a different job. May I tell you teachers a neat story for me. :grouphug:
Wednesday was life skills day. I was 'playing' with one of the girls, trying to teach her to spell, so she could pass her spelling test, which was today - there are only 5 words and she 'just couldn't get' the word vegetable. I made a game out of it, made it fun to try to learn to spell. WELL, I am proud to say - she came to me today in the office, smiling a mile-wide - she got an "A" on her spelling test! :yay: :yay: I was SO proud of her. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: NOW I need to work on the difference between an "a" and a "d"...NO, I'm not working in life skills till Friday again, but I feel this wonderful need to help her (she is 21, but looks like she is 13 yrs. old....does school work of a 10 yr. old).

Today was the end of 2nd quarter - ONLY 90 more days of school, plus one year...and high school is DONE!:cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Thx for sharing, I had a rough week and day and it was nice to hear! TrayTray still could get accepted to Drexel and we're still waiting to hear from Temple and Jeff. Now, how about Miami (we'd have to visit a lot!)....and we could shop there.:wave2:

Our 2nd quarter ends in two weeks, so we have quite a while to go yet........winter is the worst!:beach:

Hey, "Indiana"::grouphug:

Is it snowing in your area?:confused3 :confused3
Just trying to figure out our weather for the long weekend.:confused3

We've had a warm snap!:beach: On Thursday and Friday, with the wind chilll, it was -10 to -15. Today with the wind chill it's 6!!!!!!!!!:hyper:

No snow here flying here. We got some flurries this week, but not much. Our ground is almost covered, with blades of grass "peeking" through.

So, fatphil is cheering for the AZ Cardinals (he's always "liked" them - Larry Fitzgerald, specifically) while I am choosing to support my friends' Phila Eagles!:cheer2:

Today's is Mark and Mallory's "big date". :crowded: She is STILL worried about what I am going to do alone today!:lmao: :lmao: I have to take her computer back to Best Buy's Geek Squad. It hasn't worked right since she got it Christmas Day:badpc: I am sure they will have an "excuse" as to why it's not an issue for them!:snooty:

Ok, what does everyone predict for tomorrow's game? I'll go with Eagles 21-17.................:happytv:

someone is asking MY advice on football:cheer2: :cheer2:

I predict someone will win:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

very relaxing evening - i watched Gray's Anatomy and my soap opera on the computer tonight....it is already 9:32 and I'm still awake!

We're expecting a little snow tonight...who cares, we have off Monday anyway!

Jo-Jo - are you with the Rents?:flower3:
Jen-Jen - are you having snow?:confused3
Lu-Lu - shouldn't old people like ME be in bed!:scared1:

wide awake....:scratchin I so look forward to sleeping in when Marshall is gone. He is a VERY early riser and does everything in his power to annoy me until I get up. So, he's gone, it's 4:30 a.m. and I can't sleep!! At least when he's home I sleep until about 8 a.m.!!!:confused3

Mark's up too..........buyer's remorse????:confused3 :confused3 :rotfl: :rotfl: He and Mallory went shopping yeserday "supposedly" for my birthday and came home with a new Bose Home Theater for the "Man Cave". UUUUUMMMMM, that was NOT my birthday present!:confused3 :confused3 :sad2: :sad2: :scratchin :scratchin Now he's "freaking out"!!!:lmao: :lmao: Good enough for him!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: I guess the "other Bose" wasn't enough "power" for him!:happytv:

No snow Lucy, just "warm" weather......................it's now 30 wih a wind chill that feels like 21! :beach:

BTW - JoJo I HATE winter too!!! :cold:

I was up pretty late too.......crazy cold weather and the doldrums of winter make us all nuts!:wave2: :coffee:

you won't believe it

I'm layiing here, in the family room, with my 46 inch flat screen, watching this horrible game all by myself! Weird, huh?
Fitzgerald has GOT TO GO! (now you KNOW I'm watching!)
Eagles playing ugly....I'm embarrassed!
Can you believe this is Lucy talking?

Jackson rocks!
I can't take this pressure - gotta turn off the TV:scared1: :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: :scared1:
