Have a wonderful time! The BC is a great resort.
I enjoyed getting up early and snagging a rocker on the "back porch" in the morning. It's quiet, relaxing and a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee and a newspaper. (It's also nice to end the day there, too!)
Gotta visit Beaches and Cream, but avoid meal times and when Epcot closes. We found mid-afternoon or early evening was a good time. If you are courageous, try a Kitchen Sink. (GULP!)
I think YC/BC still offers a wonderful garden tour during the week (I can't remember which day). It's a walking tour of the resorts where a CM points out the various flowers and foilage and explains how they manage to keep everything looking so great. My DW and I enjoyed this a lot.
You can see the Epcot fireworks from the beach area.
You have to spend some time at Stormalong Bay. Honestly, once you go it, it's hard to leave. Again, for those who have little fear, try the slide.
Cape May Buffet (breakfast or dinner) is de-lish! Two big thumbs up to either one.
BC is so close to so much -- be sure to wander around the docks, the YC, the Boardwalk.
