You can find that short tr in my siggie.

I am doubly excited about his return :woohoo: and the vacation! :cloud9:
Now I can start planning and use up some of this time I have waiting for the next long weeks to pass.

So we will be at the POP, using Military tix, on the regular dining plan, for five nights Aug 7-12. Bring on the heat! So many decisions to make and so many shirts to create, I love the DisSigns forum and have too many favorites. We have fun with matching shirts on our trips and I hope this time is no exception.

We're going to Disney!!!!:yay:

I'm here! Happy Planning! You will be one of those smiling people entering MK for your first day as I am one of those frownie faces exiting on our last! :flower3:

A trip to Disney is for sure a great way to celebrate his coming home!! :goodvibes
I look forward to reading more. :thumbsup2

A little bit about us, here's my dh, Air Force Reservist (currently active), 30+, likes Disney but not nearly as obsessed as I am. Likes golfing, canoe-ing, and bike riding. Great dad and husband, best sense of humor ever. Loves surprising people, so currently keeping the trip a secret from our kids.

And me, 30+ also, love Disney, wait that should be LOVES Disney! Lucky enough to get to stay at home now, like the crafty things like scrapbooking and quilting, love Eeyore and Tink, hate surprises and am ready to burst at keeping this secret.
Sorry no photo of just me, but here we are in December when we got to meet up with hubby for a little time off in DC.

dd 12, growing up too fast for me, pretty much past the Princess stage, loves the mountains (Space, Big Thunder, Splash, etc.) and thrill rides, enjoys Disney and is learning to love it as much as I do, funny, smart, and such a great big sister.
ds 5, loves Toy Story, Cars, and still watches Disney Jr. with me in the AM. A little shy, hoping he will get to go on a lot more rides this time.

We had good luck last time, so we signed up for another frig swap! Hooray.
One more thing off the to-do list and this means cold juice and snacks in the room. More to add to the packing list!

frig thread:

your ptr looks great! :thumbsup2 What a wonderful way to celebrate your DH's arrival home! Thank him for all of the work he does for our country! He deserves a great trip! :goodvibes

Look forward to reading more!

Really enjoying your PTRpopcorn::

I really like your packing list. I am the same way. If I don't write it all down I will forget something. I even write down chargers for my phone and camera because if I don't I will forget them. I also have to write down my son's medications so I don't forget them.:lmao:

I bought those same mickey bands at Target yesterday, I also found princesses and batman there so I have one for each of the three older kids for Easter. I was looking for Star Wars, but they were $5 for a pack.:scared1:

Can't wait to read more.:thumbsup2

it is such a time saver to go through the packing list instead of rambling around the house trying to remember what to take with us.

great minds think alike! I don't remember seeing star wars ones on clearance either.

Hi just wanted to stop in and let you know I'm joining in. Can't wait to read more as your trip gets closer!
