It's gonna be the Packers and the Steelers at the Super Bowl. So, yeah, I'm skipping my godmom's party :lmao:

So Cheeseheads and Theives? I don't even know anyone who is hosting a Superbowl party. I don't even know when it is...:confused3 next weekend? If so I won't have time for things like sports, even if I cared...we're going to Vegas Baby! We leave a week from Monday! Woohoo! It's been 5 and 1/2 years since we've been there. Our favorite attraction is gone, but we'll still have a good time anyways. We'll find a cheap limit table and play blackjack all afternoon, get free drinks and have a good time!

I'm really not interested in football. I usually just go to my godmom's party because they have good food. I'll likely just order myself pizza or something that day :lmao:

Ok, we'll set it in our Tivo as we like to watch the commercials, we forward through the sports part but watch the commercials since they are interesting. When I was in marching band, we never gave a sh** about the games we just wanted to play the halftime show. :lmao:

Meh, stupid Bears.

Just got home from work and absolutely exhausted :faint:

So I guess we won't be having witty banter with you tonight! :lmao:

I went to a bunch of Dr appts, and took Fran to the DMV to get her personalized plates for one of our classic cars, we also went to the building where we store them and put them on battery chargers. Thursday we're driving up to the valley (55 miles) to swap out one that needs a new transmission for one that has just finished a complete restoration. I can't wait to drive it and have people look at me like, "WOW". Maybe I'll pick you up from the airport in that car and we'll drive in style!

:rotfl: My dad would be so jealous... That would be up to you, though :) I wouldn't say no :lmao:

Posting....LAST!

Hi everyone. Isn't the time just flying past? I'm heading home at the end of the week...

:rotfl: My dad would be so jealous... That would be up to you, though :) I wouldn't say no :lmao:

I'd love to take one of the Cougars to pick you up. Fran said it's OK...when we pull up at the VGC, the Valets would be dreuling! :lmao: I'd have to tell them that we were just checking in and I'd be back with the regular cars! :rotfl2: I'll plan on picking you up in one of the convertibles! :thumbsup2

D'OH! Now you tell me....I'm on the hunt for a picture of "Vintage"!

How are things with you and Fran? Did you get the car lift fixed?

Oh yeah, this one is funny...turns out that I just blew the fuse of the lift (which is attached to our battery through a wiring harness). We drove up to our mechanic in two cars, (who is restoring our classic cars) and he lives about 55 miles away in the valley (about 5 blocks from where I used to work, so I am VERY familiar with the commute). He replaced the fuse and voila! The lift worked! He also put some lubricant on various parts of the lift so that it would work better.

Thursday we go back up there to pick up the 1970 Cougar that he has just finished completely restoring, and we'll bring him the 1963 Lincoln. Sorry Princess! If I'd known I would have taken you over to our buildings where we store the cars, we were only a mile away from one of our rentals where we store the cars when we had tea! Right now we have a 63 Lincoln with Suicide doors and a 73 Cougar, the 70 Cougar is almost done being completely redone including seats, engine and who knows what else, this guy is quite anal about his rehab and we just told him to make it cool. I guess we have a 6 CD changer with a radio that looks like it was from 1970. We are going to join the GAY car club and go out and have fun with other people with classic cars.

In the meantime I will drive it to places that will be fun and pick up friends at the airport!
