Have you noticed the standby lines being longer waits than past trips. For instance, waits for Haunted Mansion, Small World and Pirates, were always 15-20mins (or less) waits for stand by.

Also, someone stated (on another thread) that stand by wait times seemed exaggerated. Times stated were 10-15mins longer than actual wait times, let us know if you notice this to be true. Thanks

HM and Pirates are typically longer than before (my experience). On the flip side, the headliners may be a little shorter, but not enough to get me into one of them.

It is exactly as Itinkso said above you. Not unlimited, but one at a time and only at kiosks. The CM used a poor choice of words.

And, after your first 3 are used in your first park, you can hop and get your 4th at that park and continue on!

OP I hope this turns into a somewhat running thread. I am wondering, per park, what changes to planning you would recommend with the new system vs the old. I have an idea of how I will tour the parks but getting info from individuals actually attending is valuable.

Well my wife and I have noticed that the main thing we have noticed is that if you are not careful you could find yourself rushing from fast pass to fast pass. Of course in our case this was a bit self induced. I think the way I would offer to fix things is use the magic bands with the old system. The caveat would be if you miss a FP time or more likely (blow it off), you lose any remaining ones for that day and have to re select. I know it would be a nightmare but it is my two cents.

Would you advise then spreading out Fp+ with the new system so you are not running from one to the next? I know it could possibly prevent a 4 or 5th FP later but it should slow down the rush should it not?

PS Does sound like my initial stab at planning the new FP+. Back to back to back.

When you say that crowds are "light" at Epcot does that mean the restaurants don't seem to be busy and the walkways are almost empty?

Is the MK and Epcot the only two parks you've been to so far on this trip. How about your resort...does it seem empty as well?
