FP+ cannot exist without tiers. It is as simple as that. If it could exist...it would. Disney is not adding tiers to sabotage their own program.

I hate tiers as much as anyone, but I unfortunately think they are an essential piece of Disney's vision for FP+. Disney cannot give a FP for TSMM to everyone who would choose it in their top three at DHS. Ditto for Soarin at Epcot. If Disney wants to market FP+ to everyone, increasing the supply/demand issue that has existed since these rides opened, their only options are to use tiers to spread out guests to other rides, give out so many FP that they aren't fastpasses anymore, or let it be a battle like getting a BOG ADR...(It may end up a combination of all three, depending on the time of year.)

There was also the option of using the last two years and billion $ creating new appealing attractions at DHS and Epcot....

Really? I'm interested to see what kind of translater would miss such a common well wish phrase. The words are on the post for anyone to copy and check.
Its a very black and white issue on how a phrase is translated.

You should and have every right to voice your opinion. I wish you do though as the final rules of fp+ can only be better by having more ACTUAL comments and opinions.
