Here is some DVC Merry Mixer 2010 Info

Well, I'm disappointed for the THIRD time!! We arrive the morning after one party, and depart the afternoon of another. Always seem to miss it...by "this much".

Rumor has it, the first party is on Friday, 12/10, but the others, Thursdays, 12/16 & 12/23. Some of you, will be happy.

I wonder if this is because of the annual meeting being held on Thursday (Dec 9th)?

We will be there Dec. 13-18th. I hope the 16th event is true since that may be the only time we can go.

Just saw that the mixer on the 16this from 3-5PM. We have a candlelight processional lunch ADR at Biergarten and the processional at 5PM. Can we get from Epcot to CR and back by 5 PM if we stay only from 3-3:30?

If it's like years past, no sign-up required. Just show up with your DVC member card - that's your family's admission! People usually started lining up about 45 minutes before the start time. That was when it was in the tent outside International Gateway.

The line for the commemorative pins seemed to be the longest.

The member website should have the information (dates/time/location) posted soon.

Hi can someone tell me exactly what happens at the mixer. We had planned on being at EPCOT and are just trying to figure out if it is worth going over to the contemporary for it.

Wow, in another thread I joked we'll "see" you there... maybe we really will .

Works out well for us, also. We're doing Whispering Canyon Cafe for lunch at 1:40 prior to the 16th Mixer. Also thinking about asking for a BLT tour. It's our home resort that we're not staying at until 10/2011.

That is the exact plans we have for the 23rd mixer. Kona Dinner at 5:15. We haven't been to either Kona or the Mixer, so it should make for a good day!

I'll be there on the 23rd too!!! Our dinner ressie is at Chef Mickey's, so we won't have far to go! I've never been to the mixer either! Sounds like it will be fun! See ya there!

We'll be there on the 16th and the 23rd - question though - is it just for members, or can family and friends come too? We'll have my brother-in-law and sister and our best friends with us and they are not members - do they allow guests or just us and our kids?
