Here I go again...

About 3yrs ago I lost 25lbs on WW... I've slowly gained about 18 of them back... I 'tried' to do WW on my own but haven't budged... I just have no self control when I'm not accountable to anyone else...

I checked online & WW has a 10am meeting this morning... I pulling my butt of the sofa & signing up again..

Good Luck! I too found going to the meetings helped me jumpstart my weight loss. I was trying to do it on my own for a while before I joined. And I wasn't losing anything. And even though it is still a struggle for me, I've at least lost weight. I think if I was still trying to do it on my own, I would still be up. Good luck and welcome back to the club!

Well it wasn't as bad as I thought... I only gained 14lbs back, not 18

I've been doing really good these past 3 days... journaling everything, planning my meals, making healthier choices. I'm about to tackle the treadmill...

My New Years resolution was to lose weight, but I didn't want to spend the $$.. well over 3 months in, I hadn't lost a pound..

Oh.. and that $9.22 I spent this week for WW is nothing compared to the $40 I would have spent eating out for breakfast & lunch this week!! What was I thinking!!!

Good job! Going back isn't easy. I know - I've done it myself. But it is oh so worth it! Congrats on taking that very important first step!
