First of all, MS was really helpful about banking points and reserving at the 11 month window. It was my first time doing both and MS was nothing but helpful.
Our son is 9 right now, but turns 10 in August. We have a trip to OKW/VB July 30 - Aug 3rd. I have leftover park days on a no-expiration ticket, but was considering going ahead an buying APs now for our summer 2007 trips if it meant saving $$ on the child vs. adult rate.
I asked MS about the AP pass rate and he had to put me on hold to find the answer. Official word was if I buy the AP when my son is 9, he gets the child rate the entire year regardless of when he turns 10. Sweet! Might be something to consider for others considering taking the "plunge" and buying APs.
