I may not be at the right place, but last for our trip last year I found a thread about making things like an Epcot type passport for kids, stroller and luggage tags. Where can I find this?

You are in the right place. You have to look in the disigners photobucket or 4shared sites attached to there names. Look for Donatalie's or Rustmanfan. That is a great place to start.
