Ok so we bought Cucumber and tomato plants and I planted them. I know Cucumbers vine some. do I need to give them a place to vine and if so how???? Help !!!!!

You have lots of options. If you have lots of room and good mulch you can just let them sprawl. The negative to doing that is that the fruit often get's spoiled and it is hard to harvest and find the cukes when it is sprawled out over the garden. Because of that, I like to trellis them. I have used many different kinds of trellis - including a teepee trellis that uses netting between metal poles that form a teepee shape (purchased this from Gardners Supply, and I have also used netting just attached to my fence and grew them alongside the fence. I have heard of some folks using stakes - but I imagine the plants out grow them very quickly.

I use the teepee support for a variety of crops - pole beans, peas, cucumbers, and sweetpea flowers! Oddly enough- I did not plant any of these items this year - so I cannot take a picture of it to show you.
