I want to call this morning and book our tirp for Oct 21-28. We have an Oct use year, we have 50 pts currently available that we need to use for our trip in Oct, so do I bank my current points to use for my trip in Oct before I call to book the trip or will they do that for me when I call or do I even need to bank points? Thanks! Mel

YOu should be able to do it all in once call. When you call, have them bank your '08 points before they make the '09 ressie.

Once I got your reply I called and spoke with a very nice gentleman. This was my first experience ever calling MS and it went great. The guy I spoke with could not have been more helpful, he even suggested requesting being by the HH at OKW which I wanted to do but in the excitement of calling forgot to ask for. He was just so nice and so helpful and I forgot to get his name. I hate when I do that, it was just one of those times when I would love to be able to send in a thank you for him for making my first transaction as a DVC owner so great. Let the countdown begin!!!!
