Can anyone tell me if any hotels around Disney allow little dogs? No she will never be left alone! Also any hotels around the top of FL. that allow her?
I no that most of the hotels in the www.choicehotels.com chain allow dogs. Go to their site and do a search I found like 34 hotels who do. Hope this helps.

Dillon and I do the roadtrip from NY to WDW every summer, the kennels at WDW are the best in our opinion (I have been dealing with them since the 80's with other dogs in our family) but I got off subject here. We always stay at Extended Stay Deluxe Suites.....they allow a dog any size & charge $75.00 fee for the dog no matter how long the stay. The place is immaculate & doesn't smell doggie as they have professional cleaners do each suite after a dog leaves. We will be staying at the one on Palm Pkwy Lake Buena Vista this summer...as far as any others we always stay at Motel 6 1/2 way through the trip down....I don't know what rate is for Extended Stay when you are going, but since I/we are staying for 25 days this summer we got a $80. night rate Ruthie
In the other forum here's a link to a thread / post called "Pet Friendly Info". Many hotels in the area and options to choose from, there are also VRBO type homes / villas / condos that will accept pets as well, your choices are more limited than without pets of course but still very doable!
in Lake city there is a Best Western, Days inn I-10 (so this is not on I75 side), Driftwood Inn, Econo Lodge South, Jameson Inn, Rodeway Inn, Scottish Inn that accepts pets.
we have stayed at the Best Western, Holiday inn (who no longer accepts pet)
Econo Lodge South, and last trip Scottish Inn.
the Scottish Inn was pretty good - you got a free breakfast and much, much cheaper than the alternatives then. Okay the room was not up to Disney standard in cleaniness - but it was okay.
