I'm hoping to surprise my boyfriend next year with a disney world trip! I have to reveal it a few months in advance. The reveal may or may not be on a holiday or his birthday, depending on when the trip ends up being. A lot of what I see on here is the right when you're leaving kind of thing. Any ideas!?! So far I've thought of:
1. Getting him a Disney Gift card.
2. (Saw this on YouTube) give him a series of presents/notes why I love him. Last present is Disney
3. Video or scrapbook of our past trip. Then somehow telling him we're going again
4. Making him breakfast with a message at the bottom of the plate. Maybe mickey waffles!?

I like the mickey waffle idea. They sell disney character waffle irons on amazon. Would he wear a disney shirt? You could get him one from the disney store and wrap it up and give it to him and say surprise we are going! I did that for my husband (it wasn't a surprise trip) but I got him the disney tie dye shirt to wear on our trip.

Have a great trip!

Yeah, he would probably wear a Disney shirt! That's a good idea as well. It could go with any of the above ideas. If I gave him the Disney shirt first, he would be confused haha, definitely wouldn't think we were going! Then if I did any of my ideas afterwards telling him we were going it would be a big surprise! He probably won't believe me that we're going haha

I have only surprised kids with a trip, never my husband - but I did surprise my husband once with an overnight at a hotel as part of an anniversary gift. I did an "adult style" scavenger hunt. Started out with a note for him to find when he got home from work. After cleaning up etc. (he works a construction type job) he was directed to his car and then on to several stops where I had gone ahead and bought small gifts and left for him. For example I went to a Hallmark store and bought a card and talked someone there into giving it to him. From there he was to go to a certain Dept. store and spritz on a sample of my favorite cologne (the clerk there had a note for him with his next stop) etc. He ended up at the hotel bar where I was waiting for him with another card, which had the room key enclosed. He loved it.

Not sure if you want to do something as involved as all that - but might be food for thought! I love creative "reveals" and hope you have fun with whatever you end up doing! Good Luck!
