This is my first trip in making ADR's and know I feel so constricted and need some help. We are attending MNSSHP on Oct. 2nd and have a PS at Liberty Tree Tavern at 7:55 pm, is that too late???? Should we just do a counter service meal? Also I can only get reservations for Le Cellier for lunch, has anyone ever had lunch there? Just a few more questions, I made PS at Rose and Crown and at BierKarten (sorry about the spelling) and I want to cancel one, we will have our DD, 16 months with us, and I was wondering if anyone knew which resturant was better suited. And my last question is, is the Brown derby worth 2 credits? I have never been there and it was the only TS we could get on that day for that park. Any help here would be great, I am getting so fustrated that we will not be able to use all of our TS credits becasue all of the places are full, so also if anyone knows about a great place to go that does not get so crowded or that is not so popular that would be great. We leave in 11 days and I now know why people make PS so early. :guilty: :guilty:

Thanks for any help :earboy2:

Regarding Le Cellier it wouldn't hurt to keep calling back to see if a cancellation comes up.
IMHO no restaurant is worth the 2 credits. This is strictly a financial response not an emotional one.

7:55 is probably too late for MNSSHP, because you'll miss at least an hour of the party. I'd go for CS.

I have heard the lunch at Le Cellier is very good, so I would not worry if you can't get dinner there.

Check the October ADR cancellation thread on this board - lots of people are posting there with their cancellations for early October.

I would cancel LTT, you'll miss a lot of the party, I would just grab something CS. I've never eaten at Rose and Crown, but I do really enjoy Biergarten. My 2yo loved listening to the music there while we ate. I haven't eaten at BD in a number of years, while I've always enjoyed it I wouldn't use 2 credits for it. Depending on what time MGM is open, I would try for a resort restaurant after leaving the park.

...as long as we're on the subject...We're heading to WDW for MVMCP in December. While we're there we would like to see the candlight processional w/ dinner package to ensure seating. Can anyone help with a restaurant choice? DD 9 likes only kid food (chicken fingers, pasta, pizza etc.) and many of the restaurants in Epcot from what I can see, do not offer children's menus and the international fare is a bit much for her and not worth fighting over (and possibly spoiling the evening). Do the restaurants in Epcot which offer the candlelight procession package have kids meals? Any suggestions are appreciated.
Also, on a related topic, does the teir 1,2,or3 designation (and price ) indicate the quality of the meal, the seat you get at the show or both ?
Thanks.

Thank you all for your help.... I am thinking about just tring getting the places I really want and then just go by the fly of my pants for the rest,,, still not sure though..... Just thinking out loud.

Biergarten buffet had macaroni and cheese, hot dogs and chicken fingers when we were there in May. You can get pasta at Alfredo's

We couldn't get into LTT early on Oct 6 before the MNSSHP either, so we switched to Crystal Palace, and got an earlier time.

Also, I hear lots of good things about Spoodles, so I just called this morning, cancelled an Ohanas reservation and got Spoodles for a party of 3, 5:30pm, no problem at all. Might want to add that to your list.

Good Luck,
Andy
