Help with Photo Pass

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to go about getting a refund for a prepaid photo pass? Can I load all my pictures and if then I decide to not order them can I then get a refund or do I need to apply for the refund before I look at the pictures?

Thanks for any info I'm at a loss on what to do we didn't get to take that many pictures so I'm think I should cancel.

You can get a refund even after you look at the pictures. As long as you haven't ordered the CD, you can still get your refund. Good luck.

From the pre-order website:

To receive a refund, you must request it within 2 weeks after the completion of your Disney vacation and you must not use the credit(s) in your cart. Once a credit has been applied to an order, a refund will not be granted.
