Help with offsite condo plz

I have been asked by my DB step father to look at a holiday for his family who have never been to florida. There will be 7 in total and they want to definitely do 2 nights onsite at universal but I suggested a condo or apartment type place. Im not sure if they want separate accommodation for him and his wife and then another for the 5 others.
Its all up in the air at the moment. I did suggest wyndam bonnet creek. Has anyone stayed there or no of any other similar places .
He lives in south Carolina but his daughter and family live here by me so he and my DB mom will be travelling from the states.
Its very different when asked to sort for someone else . I do not think money is an issue but until I know definite dates I cannot really do any prices.
He has mentioned august ( but he is worried his daughter wont cope with the heat); october half term and the week before or May half term.

We've stayed in a number of apartments, silverlake and mystic dunes are probably our favourites, we'll probably give bonnet creak a go soon but just a little put off that it' neither disney and too far way from the 192.
