Which would you stay at and why?
Days Suites - one -bdr suite, Quality Inn Maingate West eff., Enchanted land resort (hojo) kidsuite?

We've stayed in a lot of Days Inns around Orlando and always thought that we just hit a bad one - then we wised up. Maybe the one you are looking at is okay, but IMO there are lots of other nice, economical hotels to chose from.

I just want to clarify a bit: generally, the staff at the Days Inn was courteous. It was usually the hotel itself - run-down and noticeably dirty. Not dirty like the maid didn't clean, but old dirt. Obviously no hotel is spotless (by any means), but when you can actually see and feel the grime on the carpet and walls, ugh.

I would be interested to see what others have to say on this topic, because it has been a few years now since we tried Days Inn and maybe they've changed their ways.

We stayed at Hojo Enchanted Land Christmas break 2000, We stayed in a reg room for 55 bucks a night. It was generally clean and had no problems. They also had bus shuttle to WDW which was pretty nice, It beat paying the 6 dollar parking each day and dealing with all the traffic. So I would recommend Enchanted Land if your just looking for somewhere pretty clean to sleep and shower. They do not have a restuarant inside but there are plenty of restaurants on the strip. Hope this helps and enjoy your trip!
